to coordinate your special day! We have had the pleasure of arranging many memorable Barbados weddings for visitors to our shores and we are delighted that you have contacted us. Tropical Weddings Barbados offer you the simplicity of packaged services with a pre-set price so you can determine your costs upfront.
Included in all of our Packages:
- All planning and coordinating
- 1 hour pre-planning session at your hotel with the coordinator before the wedding.
- Marriage licence fees and stamp duty
- Coordinator assistance at the marriage licence office
- Presence of the coordinator on the wedding day to oversee the venue set up and cue ceremony start
- Reverend Fee
- Witnesses (If just the two of you)
- Table and Chair for the signing of the marriage register
- Marriage Certificate issued by the Reverend on the day of the wedding
- A single tiered Wedding Cake and a bottle of sparkling wine
- Bridal Bouquet of Tropical Flowers and a boutonniere for the groom.
- Obtaining and Posting of the marriage certificate.
Our traditional weddings consist of the following venues but is not limited to: Church Weddings, Historical Home and Plantations, National Parks, Gun Hill Signal Station.
Our tropical garden weddings consist of the following venues but is not limited to: Flower Forest, Orchid World, Andromeda Gardens, Graeme Hall Nature Sanctuary.
Our seaside or beach weddings consist of the following venues but is not limited to: Bottom Bay Beach, Foul Bay Beach, West Coast Beaches, Cliff Top Weddings.
Our unique weddings consists of the following venues but is not limited to: Safari Weddings, Underground Weddings, Yatch or Catamaran Weddings, Submarine Weddings.
Our cruise ship passengers looking to get married can select any of the above options and your coordinator would advise which location would be best suited for you. Special Packages are designed for couples arriving on a cruise ship.
We would be happy to plan your renewal of vows celebration at a venue of your choice! Special Packages are designed for couples renewing their vows.
